Terry Cronin, the legendary "Queen of Cash," worked as an original sales agent for Burg & DiVosta who developed the Villages of Palm Beach Lakes. Terry worked "from the beginning" at Whitehall, Bear Island, Villas of Bear Lakes Estates, Saratoga Bay, Saratoga Pointe, Stamford Village, Sandalwood, Maplewood and The Bluffs in Jupiter which sold-out overnight! She is an original owner at Whitehall and Bear Island where she has resided since 1987 and joined Village Realty Group in 1999. It was the same year she met Barry L. Salandro from Philadelphia at her Open House at Whitehall- Village Realty Group and the Villages have never been the same! Since 1999, Barry has proudly resided in the Villages at Whitehall and currently in the Villas of Bear Lakes Estates where he serves on the Board of Trustees.
